Women’s History Month - Women in the Peace Corps
In March, during Women's History Month, we chat with some amazing women who have chosen to help others, show kindness, and learn about different cultures through the United States Peace Corps. Welcome to "Building Bridges: Women in the Peace Corps," a series all about sharing the incredible stories and contributions of these inspiring women.
In this series, we focus on the stories of women who said yes to helping, leaving their comfort zone and what they knew to embrace new challenges and make friends from different cultures. Each woman we talk to has her own way of looking at things, a strong sense of purpose, and a strong desire to change the world.

Personal Update
Well, February, was busy! Not only did we have quite a bit of snow, but there seemed to be happenings every week. First, I turned 66. I know! When did that happen? Then we had a ‘consolidation’ safety drill in Vanadzor. At school we had Book Giving Day, a national event here in Armenia. Visited the dentist. And probably another 100 items I’ve already forgotten. But looking forward to the later part of March when we’ll have a Spring Break. Yippie!!!!
